  • Our shop is located at 2-14-17 Dogenzaka, Mikisan Building 2F, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0043. It's a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station (Hachiko Exit). View on Google Maps.

  • We are open Tuesday through Sunday, 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM. We are closed on Mondays. No reservation needed — feel free to walk in anytime during business hours!

  • Yes! Our staff can communicate in English. We welcome international visitors and tourists. Feel free to ask questions about our products in English.

  • We accept cash (Japanese Yen), major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and QR code payments (PayPay, LINE Pay, etc.).

Shipping & Returns

  • Yes, we ship nationwide within Japan. Domestic orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount — check the cart for current offers.

  • Currently, our online store primarily serves customers within Japan. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options. Note that CBD import regulations vary by country.

  • Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened items. Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us for details.
